hunarang hunarang
haha. today ms chen the gp teacher is ill, so we ended school at ten :D so i went to see a TCM doctor having read stuff online about it. feels very very da chang jin hunarang hunarang anunarang
so ive been having like strange bowels since i dunno when, and online research has revealed that it may be due to a weak constitution, dampness in the lungs, heat in the tummy etc so i went to the local TCM shop. woah the woman is really, really good, she sat me down and zhen3 my mai4 (take da pulse), and she was like, hmmm, heaty, stomach problem? and i was like yes. then she looked at my tongue, then said, you feel bloated after meals and maybe feel like vomitting and i said yes. woah no need to ask and can tell, v cool. so she asked some more question and prescribed some powder thing. dyou know how high tech the place is. she uses a computer to check out all the herbs and symptoms, and prints out a recipie then goes to the lab (behind the counter lah) to mix all the stuff in a mortar then dump it into this machine that measures exact amounts and packs and seals them into individual bags. very very coool. heh, so im supposed to eat more fruit and veggies (duh), drink more water (duh), eat less oily and fried food (duh) and dun drink so much tea (!!). so i guess no more breakfast set with oily fries, oily egg and oily sausage with teh peng every morning, and fuit and veggie with water then. -_- OHH MY BREAKFAST hmm maybe i'll eat cereal and fruit in the morn.
oh yeah and i accomplished everything in mandarin :D the only english i spoke was "um", and "stomach flu" which is actually chang2 wei4 gan2 ran3 or something like that i think. -_- haha okay got to go slurp the powder.
reeeeeeeeeeeeech
